Order cancellation

Athletique Recreation Club reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email refunded in full.

Tax and Duty

International orders outside of Hong Kong may subject to taxes and duties levied by the importing country.

Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less shipping costs.

Returns and Exchange

How do I return?

  • Visit our Returns Centre

  • Enter your order number and email address to start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is submitted, you will get a confirmation email with instructions

What items are returnable?

  • All products within 30 days of purchase

  • All products must be returned with the original tags and packaging to be eligible for a return

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Final sale items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, create a return request and select Faulty as your reason. Choose the same size for exchange to get a replacement.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of items for a different size. Once the return item is received, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund for store credit coupon code

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship your return, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Hold tight, it can take our warehouse team up to 10 working days to receive and process your return. You will receive a refund notification email as soon as we’ve issued your refund.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. If you’re based elsewhere, send us an email at, as we are always looking for the next destination.

What is the status of my order?

We will send you a shipping notification via email once your shoes are on the way. If you are having any trouble tracking your order, contact us at Orders are processed Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 10am it will be shipped same day, otherwise orders will be shipped the following day. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be fulfilled the following business day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE! We ship all orders via S.F. Express for Hong Kong and FED EX for Singapore and Malaysia so you can expect your new apparel within 3-5 business days.

Our Guarantee

We proudly guarantee the quality of every Athletique Recreation Club product.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or the product fails at any time due to defects in materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
